Installation of thermal resistance​

The installation of thermal resistance, should pay attention to the temperature measurement is accurate, safe and reliable and convenient maintenance, and does not affect the operation of equipment and production operation. To meet the above requirements, in the choice of the thermal resistance of the installation site and the insertion depth should pay attention to the following points:
1, in order to make the measurement of thermal resistance and the measured medium has a full heat exchange, should be reasonable to choose the location of the measuring point, as far as possible to avoid the valve, elbow and pipe and equipment near the corner of the installation of thermal resistance.
2, with the protection of the thermal resistance of the casing has heat transfer and heat loss, in order to reduce the measurement error, thermocouple and thermal resistance should have enough depth of insertion:
1) for measuring the thermal resistance of the fluid in the pipe center, it is generally to be inserted into the center of the pipe (vertical or inclined). If the pipe diameter of the tested fluid is 200 mm, the depth of the thermal resistor insertion should be selected 100 mm;
2) for high temperature and high pressure and high speed fluid temperature measurement, such as main steam temperature, in order to reduce the protective sleeve of fluid resistance and prevent a fluid under the action of fracture, take protective tube in or using the thermal sleeve type heat resistance. Shallow plug-in thermal resistance protection sleeve, the depth of the main steam pipe should be inserted into the main steam pipe should be not less than 75mm; the standard depth of thermal sleeve type thermal resistance is 100mm.
3) if you need to measure the temperature of flue gas in the flue, although the flue diameter is 4m, the thermal resistance can be inserted into the depth of 1m.
4) when measuring the original insertion depth of more than 1m, should be installed as far as possible, or the installation of support and protection of the casing.
Installation attention
1, thermal resistance should be installed in horizontal or vertical pipe as far as possible,
When the installation should protect the casing, in order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement.
2, measuring the temperature in the pipe, the length of the component should be in the pipeline center line (that is, the depth of the protection pipe insertion should be half of the diameter).
3, the temperature of moving coil meters installed, the size of holes to fit the installation to be beautiful.
4, high temperature area using high temperature resistance cable or high temperature compensation line.
5, according to the different temperature to choose different measuring element. When the temperature is less than 400.
6, connection should be reasonable and beautiful, hands instructions to correct.
